Harmonizing the body and mind with a powerful Yin Yoga practice and the balancing acupuncture treatment to restore the alignment of mind, body, and spirit promoting a deep sense of inner peace.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and meditative practice that focuses on holding deep stretches for an extended period of time. Participants are encouraged to let go of tension and stress as you ease into the guided poses, promoting relaxation and flexibility.
In this 90 minute experience, we combine the restorative power of Yin with the ancient wisdom of Acupuncture in an extended savasana, to allow balance, revitalization, and resilience. With this lovely evening timed class, you can roll from your relaxed state right from your mat to your bed for a guaranteed deep night's sleep!

Fill your cup with an evening of restorative yoga and therapeutic touch in a candlelit studio overlooking the ocean. Yoga teacher Anna Dubrovsky will guide you into comfy postures designed to calm the nervous system and stimulate healing. As the sun sets, you'll be treated to gentle adjustments and aromatherapy massage by licensed massage therapist Jennifer Lovas and team. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea before you float into the night.
